WE ARE A TEAM OF SKILLED DEVELOPERS WHO WANT TO BUILD BETTER THAN AVERAGE HOMES
Our company has been in development business since 2018, buying and renovating homes for five years. Since 2021 we have also began to perform redeveloping projects in Cyprus, Limassol, near Pyrgos and near Pareklisia area.
Builders selection plays a key role in development and throughout the years we have organised a top-notch quality selection of workers. We are also partnering with world-class renown architects with experience in building houses not only in Cyprus, but around the world.
We try to apply our experience from different countries to Cyprus, taking best possible practices from our most successful projects in both countries.

SPECIFICATIONS
The most important part of the construction is the material of the walls and the roof. We are using the materials of German company XELLA GmbH — the world leader in innovative solutions in the global building materials market.
We are using MULTIPOR thermal insulation made in Germany to achieve A+ energy efficiency. This insulation ensures fire safety, mold protection and sound as well as thermal insulation.
MULTIPOR helps to build up the sustainable and environmentally friendly homes by changing the building culture in Cyprus and to achieve a superior quality of life alongside excellent cost-effectiveness in every project!

Most of the rooms will get the heated floors ensuring you will always feel comfortable. And with the Solar Panels included, it will be cost-effective, too.
Marble tops
Kitchen will boast the marble or granite countertops for both main parts and the island. You will be able to choose the color from our selection.
insulated windows
We will be using the best available thermal-insulated soundproof windows and will ensure they are of maximum possible size in the living room for the best view, ever.
photovoltaics
Our professional contractors will install the photovoltaic panels of around 5 KWt to ensure the A+ energy efficiency and reduce the running costs.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
All of our houses are built with solar panels included in the price. We are ensuring A+ energy efficiency by using the latest European internal and external thermal insulation. We are also always striving to make use of the terrain efficiently without overusing concrete.

BUILD QUALITY
It's common practice that in Cyprus developers fully outsource the construction to one company and don't follow up on the result - the customers have to do this. We don't work this way. Our own architects, quantity surveyors, engineers work on our side, ensuring best quality by always challenging contractors.

VALUE FOR MONEY
Because we always also build for ourselves, we are cost conscious. We don't have high markup costs, either. Our contractors are selected by rigorous tender procedures ensuring our buyers always get the best possible price. Of course, we don't built cheaply - this does not bring Value.

TRANSACTION SAFETY
Developers in Cyprus don't risk their money. They take loans from the banks by mortgaging the plots of land they build on. This is risky, we don't work this way. We own each plot of land and we build with our own money and only invest part of the client deposits to speed up the process.

Industrial Safety Engineer for 10 years. Masters degree in Engineering in 2010 from one of the top Universities. Facilities manager and maintenance professional since 2014. Responsible for building maintenance and landscaping, as well as for energy efficiency.
ilya panfilov
CEO and Project manager for 12 years. Masters degree in Engineering in 2011 from one of the top Universities. Responsible for general management, finances, construction project management, also co-designer, co-engineer.
George symeou
Practicing Architect for 24 years. His qualification includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from South Africa, a post graduate degree from the UK. He is a Chartered member of the RIBA in the UK, a member of E.T.E.K. in Cyprus, and of the Cyprus Architects’ Association.
