The Plots

SCHEDULE
Q1
Preparations for the construction
In Q1 we will prepare the land for construction - dig the garage and set up the basement beneath it. After that we will dig the swimming pool. As soon the rain season is finished we will begin to erect the concrete structures.
Q2
Skeleton construction
In Q2 we will erect the retaining walls for the basement and the concrete frame on the ground floor suitable to withstand the Cyprus seismic activity. Then we will leave the structure to dry before the next stage - putting on the roof.
Q3
External and internal walls
In Q3 we will construct the external and internal walls and put the insulation on the roof. Then we will make provisions for the water and electric pipes, finally finish the walls surfaces and lay down the floors inside and outside.
Q4
Final finishing
In Q4 we will perform the finishing touches - install the electric and water lines, paint the walls and install the kitchen and electrical appliances. We will plant the garden and fence as well as finish the swimming pool and BBQ area outside.
PAYMENT STEPS
40% DOWNPAYMENT
01
To be paid upon signing of the contract. Will be used to prepare the grounds, dig the garage and erect the concrete frame, as well as to dig the swimming pool.
02
45% FRAME COMPLETE
To be paid after the completion of frame works. Will be used to finish the finishing and constructional works and install the necessary equipment and kitchen furniture, as well as electrical appliances such as A/C and solar panels.
03
10% HOUSE FINISHED
To be paid on the completion of all works and installation of all appliances after the issue of the certificate of final completion. Will be used in case any defects not found by construction company are found by the client and will be rectified.
04
5% TITLE DEEDS
To be paid after the separate title deeds have been issued for the house.
